Emile Hirsch was allegedly involved in an assault against a female film executive during the 2015 Sundance Film Festival on Sunday (January 25) in Park City, Utah.
“Something happened between the movie exec and Emile, and she said she had been assaulted and asked security to call the police,” a source told Page Six about the 29-year-old actor. “Emile didn’t leave the scene, and calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 a.m., after which he went home with his friends. No arrests were made.”
The incident occurred around 3:30 am at TAO nightclub.
“We are still investigating the case and cannot provide details at this time,” police have said about the incident.
