Emile Hirsch plead guilty to misdemeanor assault on Monday (August 17) after a fight during the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.
The 30-year-old actor allegedly put Paramount studio executive Daniele Bernfeld into a choke hold while partying at a nightclub in Park City, Utah, Variety reports.

Emile has been sentenced to 15 days in jail, pay a $4,750 fine and do 50 hours of community service.
Emile originally claimed self-defense after the altercation, after new details emerged from Daniele herself.
