This is the 30-year-old actor’s first time being spotted since claiming that self defense was the reasoning for his Sundace Film Festival altercation with film executive Daniele Bernfeld.

“She started kind of causing a ruckus and I sort of started getting intervening and this happened,” Emile said in his statement. “I don’t think it was much more than that to be honest…. I think she had a go at me and I probably defended myself.”
